« Sumptuous beds a mile high with pillow soft toppers and silken sheets. Staff lovely, restaurant nice. Had rear room so no sea view but still nice open field to caravan site and balcony a 6pm sun trap, perfect for a pre dinner read. The extras the hotel offer make it fabulous; a room to store paddle board, lending you wetsuits, beach and picnic stuff etc. Car park busy (July) but nice chaps managing to help everyone. South Sands in front of you, rather challenging hill to next door North Sands...

« Belle chambre avec une très belle vue par compte les serviettes anciennes avec déchirures..la receptioniste la 1er nous a accueillies avec un pessimisme sans aucune sourire ni bon accueilles.Le petit déjeuner pas digne de la chaîne mercure pas trop de choix et pas bonne qualité de café par contre la localisation et la vue et la propriété de la chambre rien a dire. ire »

« What can I say obviously the rooms was not cleaned properly even though when we questioned about the cleaning they said it had been cleaned,, the bed was full of hair thats correct hair ,, we got moved to another room and similar but not as much its could ha e possibly een pet hair as this is a pet friendly hotel just put is off it all together so I recommend anyone in future thoroughly check the bed,, terrible design shower room water goes literally everywhere soaking whole room as the shower...

« Bathrooms badly need upgrading. Caulk between some of the tiles need cleaning. Edge of bathroom door has chipped paint. Old style heaters do not work. Staff were excellent and brought up a space heater for the room. Sorry - cannot understand the questions that are only in Francais »
