'Great apartment, great host, couldn't ask for more. A'

'Very cute little apartment. The listing does say there are multiple pools including ones indoors, but there is only one outdoor, that is closed on Monday tue whole day.'

'Enjoyed the amenities the pool was beautiful and refreshing. The room was a bit small however, but livable for one month. Liked the area to downtown. Easy transportation. The security guard was a 'wealth of information' as well. '

'My third time at MarPas and it's always a pleasant experience. Nice gated area and friendly staff. Always easy to work with too for early check-in and check-out. Highly recommended if traveling to the Valencia area'

'It was so nice and peaceful.'

'very good amenities and good price'

'The property does have fresh water for shower, we had to use salty water from a well very close to the sea. This was the biggest cons in this place …. Especially I rented it for took weeks … imagine my son and wife had to shower at nearby hotel due skin issue. One night there was no water at all. Burning garbage and plastic by neighbors did not allow us to stay in and enjoy the place … Staff on property were awesome and they response very quick but they are limited to what they can change....

'Property says air conditioning which is correct except it only has air-conditioning in one bedroom upstairs. The rest of the unit is horribly hot'

'Locsation not bad other than road to the locsaiton is a massivly messed up dirt road with a lot of patching needing to happen. so getting in a an out is very complicated if you rent a scooter. large rock in road and holes with pile of dirt to patch holes just sitting right on side and to close to wher eypou need to drive.
