After being told at check in that we would be moved the following morning to a first floor since a member of our family could hardly walk up and down the steps, that did not happen. 'This was an amazing first time stay in Saint Vincent, and me and my family were treated like royalty. I booked the presidential suite for one week and it was everything I expected and more. The hotel is situated right next to a small grocery store which makes buying the small things very convenient. The room is very spacious and entertaining and the balcony has a great view, with a lot of breeze. The food at the restaurant was amazing and I mean all of it. 'An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. '

'Prima hotel, al jaren op goed niveau. Wij hadden de suite en die is heel ruim, heerlijke bedden en vriendelijk personeel. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van de haven wasr je de ferry’s kunt nemen naar andere eilanden. Al jaren hetzelfde personeel zowel bij de receptie als boven in het rooftop restaurant waar se een heerlijk ontbijt serveren. Wij komen hier al 20 jaar naar tevredenheid. '
