Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. '

'Prima hotel, al jaren op goed niveau. Wij hadden de suite en die is heel ruim, heerlijke bedden en vriendelijk personeel. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van de haven wasr je de ferry’s kunt nemen naar andere eilanden. Al jaren hetzelfde personeel zowel bij de receptie als boven in het rooftop restaurant waar se een heerlijk ontbijt serveren. Wij komen hier al 20 jaar naar tevredenheid. '

'Outstanding staff. I didn't really need help with anything, but I saw they were helping many other guests with myriad transport issues. Oh, and compliments to the chef! It's not a convenient walk to downtown/beach, but they offer free shuttles back and forth roughly every 2-4 hours. '
