« Nice new hotel, so everything was spot on, good location, my only gripe was that I checked in online to ‘save time’ in their words, but as typical in Slovakia check in was a long drawn out process where I had to show everything I had already put into online check in, so you basically wasted my time rather than saving any! »

« Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. « Location was ok, check- in little confused as it was in the different building Room clean , spacious but access would be a challenge if my 77 year old mom decide to come . 21 steps to access our room without elevator, this property would not pass Canadian standards for handicapped people. « The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly - they made a big difference between an average stay and a terrific stay. With separate large master bedroom, large lounge room, kitchen and large bathroom, the apartment (No 7) was very spacious, if anything, a bit too spacious (e.g. 20 metres between bed and WC, 6 metres between couch and TV), but this is not really a complaint - it is always better to be too spacious than insufficiently spacious. « Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der polnischen Tatra. Wir haben nur die Übernachtung gebucht, hätten für eine Extrazahlung aber auch jeden Tag Frühstück und Abendessen haben können. Wir waren 2 mal dort frühstücken und das war soweit in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war für 5 Personen und 2 Hunde sehr klein und ein paar Sachen haben uns gefehlt, z.B. « This was our second time at Maladinovo. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with sauna. They have a fully equipped kitchen. Playground for kids and indoor playroom. The restaurant is amazing. The hotel is right across from a water park and a ZOO. 10 out of 10! It's our favorite place to stay while in Slovakia. »
