'It was excellent! Location was great, right in the heart of Reykjavik. Beautiful building with a rich history. Great rooms, daily fresh towels, even the dishes were done when we got back every day. In short, very much recommended. Will visit again for sure (to catch those northern lights!).'

'Good hostel, it has everything that you need. Nice staff and they keep it clean. You can leave your luggage before check in. Everything is within walking distance from the hostel. Easy to enter with codes. Outlet by the bed. You can store things under the bed just not with a lock. They do have small safes for valuables that you can use. This hostel covers the first 2 floors, the other floors belong to another hostel.'

'Vriendelijke ontvangst na onze late aankomst; personeel erg behulpzaam. Gelegen temidden van winkels, bars en restaurants. We hadden de comfort kamer, fijne kamer met goed bed, 2 verschillende kussens en heerlijk dekbed. We misten alleen een bureaulampje. Mogelijkheid om kopje thee te zetten. Erg leuk was de speakeasy bar onder het hotel. Behorende bij Michelinster restaurant Ox. Restaurant bij de lobby is eigentijds, gezellig en relaxed. Heerlijk om daar ‘s morgens te starten. 'As I arrived, the entrance seemed a bit awkward, but once inside the vibe was great, lots of places to sit and chill, kitchen was easy, beds good, good and affordable breakfast, plenty of bathrooms and very helpfull staff. '

'Prachtig hotel met zalige bedden in het hartje van Reykjavik. De kamers waren luxueus maar wel wat aan de kleine kant. Personeel is er super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Balie wordt 24/24 bemand.'
