« The house was fine overall but a few things would greatly improve the experience. The fridge constantly makes ice and cannot be turned off. It overflows and leaks on the floor. The water dispenser doesn’t work, so there is no need to have the water connected. The oven, air fryer, and bbq need a good cleaning. We noticed cooking utensils that were dirty also. The bed creaked and the plastic mattress cover crinkled every time we moved which made sleeping for us quite difficult. I did mention the...

« Cartersville is a great little town and this location was perfect for walking around visiting shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the owner was great! Now for the down sides of my stay. 1. Being an older couple, the steep narrow stairs leading into the loft were tough to navigate. 2. Parking. Lots of activities going on in Cartersville and this loft is located in the heart of the activities. Overall we had a great stay. »

« The value of the property was good, but water pressure was no good. There was no secure lock on front door. There were only four towels for a 2 night stay. Leftover bottled water in the fridge from previous tenants; some which have already been opened. There was no ac vent in the second bedroom, which made it very hot and uncomfortable.The house was nicely decorated and put together, great & safe location. A little extra TLC and I would have given this a 5 star review. »

« This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. »
