'We have stayed with two persons for four nights in this five person house. The owner and her friend are very kind and helpful people! Because the owner lives somewhere else, you have the whole house at your disposal and therefore also all privacy. The house is located in the cozy town of Petra, which is centrally located in Mallorca and from where you can see a lot of the island if you have a (rental) car. 'We stayed here for Easter break with our kids, ages 9, 7 and 4 and it was perfect. It is super close to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and quick basic groceries within walking distance. It was chilly this time of year, but our kids still love the beach and it was beautiful. This house has so much space! It was super clean and had all the amenities that would be perfect for a longer stay. The garden and seating outside was was great for our kids and just beautiful. Would not hesitate...

'Perfekte Wohnung für Familie mit Kindern. Ganz in der Nähe vom Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Transport, alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Antoni war auch hervorragend! Er ist eine sehr nette Person, hilfsbereit und recht gut erreichbar. Gern mal wieder! '

"De ingang van het hotel ziet er niet uitnodigend uit maar van binnen is het redelijk. Kamers zijn functioneel ingericht en ruim genoeg maar zonder enige decoratie. Wel erg gehorig. Uitzicht van het balkon over zee is erg plezierig. Ons bed miste 2 steunpoten en hing door, gemeld bij de receptie maar men wilde er niets aan doen. Koffie- en snackautomaten beneden werkten de hele tijd niet. De jongedame aan de receptie was wel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Parkeren kan soms een kwestie van zoeken zijn want de straten staan erg vol. Locatie is centraal en genoeg winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Helaas is de zee in Can Picafort best wild en moeilijk om te zwemmen."
