Kies je hotel in Phu Tho

'The staff was kind and courteous and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. However its location was in the middle of nowhere and we were unable to see tourist attractions because of the distance.'

'Total lack of politeness and helpfullness of staff. Nobody exceptmanager speaks english or tries to understand you. Upon checking they downgraded us to a cheaper forest room. We were not allowed to eat in 2 restaurants because we were white, they explicitely said. Food was below avarage and with loud movie Annie on background. Infested with mosqitos. Lake pool is just the dirty lake. Were not able to even get water in our room after trying for 1 hour because of lack of english and willingness to...

'Hotel has great, clean rooms. It’s in an isolated area, so if you don’t want to go on a tour and stay at the hotel you’re dependent on the available facilities. The pool is great, but not heated. There are comfortable beds next to the pool but no staff at the poolbar and no services for eg food and drinka. All together makes it a boring experience'

'I had a wonderful stay and honestly the staff could not have been more helpful. I felt incredibly spoiled and well looked after. The spa, gym and yoga were all enjoyable and the restaurants and breakfast options were also great. Can’t recommend it enough if you want a nice relaxing few days away from the chaos of hanoi!'

'We were the only guests so im not shure that kitchen was 100% working, Could maybe have had more breakfast alternatives, but as i said, great staff'

'다른 부분은 괜찮았으나 청소 중 그냥 놓고가는 쓰레기도 있고 침구정리도 하다말고 그냥 떠난 것 같아요. 그리고 룸서비스등도 일찍 닫아버리네요. 주변에 너무 작은 현지마트인데 간단한 편의점 수준의 물건들이 있으면 좋겠어요. ATM기도 없어서 현금 수급도 어렵네요'

'Yes'

'I will say- I would recommend staying in the main hotel. However, I was first booked in a villa, and requested to change rooms. The villa was a beautiful 2 story condo-style, with a sitting area and kitchen. However, the main bedroom, which overlooks the water, did not have functioning AC. In the functioning AC room, the bathroom was overrun with drain flies. And unfortunately, staff decided to start garden maintenance outside the villa at 630am. The hotel staff was very accommodating to...

'From the moment we arrived, we were made feek welcome. The lodge is beautiful laid out in a well kept garden with an excellent view of the surroundings. The bungalows are spacious and very comfortable. The wooden bathtub is exceptional. We had a wonderful stay. Minor comments: the (free) bikes can be better maintained. '

'Nice view'
