'Mooi hotel op een heel groot terrein, plezierige kamer, perfect schots ontbijt en twee goede restaurants (een wat formeler dan de ander), goede parkeergelegenheid, goede service en er is veel in en om het hotel te doen (vele sporten, spel, film, muziek). Met name voor kinderen worden er erg veel activiteiten georganiseerd. Overigens heb je van die activiteiten als hotelganger weinig last, omdat er aparte ruimtes en gebieden voor zijn. Minpunten zijn, dat een aantal kamers niet met een lift te...

'Ik had de indruk dat het hotel inmiddels een ondergeschikte rol heeft gekregen t.o.v. de welness. Op zich een prima laatste verblijf voor inscheping Newcastle. Afstand tot de boot goed aan te rijden, echter wel rekening houden met traffic jam rondom Edinburgh. kamers een beetje oubollig, lampjes stuk, bad loopt niet goed door en dat is helemaal vervelend als je moet douchen in het bad. Hier en daar wordt alles wat sleets. Erg jong personeel dat wel zijn best doet, echter duidelijk (oudere)...

'Great apartment style hotel in a great location! We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book again. All staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The suite was spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchenette (although we didn't really use it). A super breakfast is included in your room price and I have to say it was lovely. Cannot fault our stay in any way! '

'The decor inside the Malmaison is unique an interesting. The staff is kind and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the showers are nice. The food selection is good for breakfast. We did not eat there for dinner, so I cannot speak to that. If you are traveling to Dundee, this is a good and convenient option. '
