« We chose to stay a night here based on reviews of 9/10. We arrived to a man standing smoking in the doorway and a rather run down looking building - not a great start! The man who booked us in was helpful and friendly but unfortunately the property is sadly in need of some TLC. The carpet on the stairs to the rooms needs a good deep clean and the skirting boards were full of dust. Our room faced the street and there was constant loud traffic noise. The room itself was too small to even open...

« clean room breakfast »

« No ac No gym. »

« A very stylish restaurant with rooms with a nice little bar to boot. We enjoyed our one night stay in one of the smaller rooms. The bed was fabulous. Quality linen and such a comfortable mattress. In fact everything was top quality and the room had all you could need, including a nip of whiskey each if you like it. We also appreciated the free water and the pay for mini bar but would have liked some sugar free drinks. Your traditional biscuits on the tea tray might also have been nice. My...

« Really friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Good atmosphere. Large old building, our room was recently updated and was modernised nicely and spotlessly clean. It was very big but still warm with very large comfy bed and powerful shower. TV & Kettle in the room with normal sachets of tea/coffee etc Good breakfast offering kept warm and you could ask for GF bread, cereal and freshly made scrambled eggs. Nice coffee too. I liked the fact there seemed to be little waste as the offering wasn’t too...

« I did try to text directly, but received no acknowledgement, so posting this here. This is an Inn ( rooms above the pub). I did not receive any communication regarding the check in , until i got there and couldn't get in. The bar lady had to ring them to send it to me- so really bad communication. There was several issues with the room. The major one is that the shower drain was completely blocked. I would allow for around 1 min.shower before flooding the floor. Black mould has been there for a...

« Hotel was under renovation and their was a fault on the fire alarm panel both mornings which didn't make the stay feel all that safe with the major renovations going on. Their was no curtains over the window you could clearly see where the pole was taken out the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom so the window was constantly open and didn't look like it could close. After the stay I recieved another bill from the hotel which km disputing through hotels.com as I had paid for the room...

« This was exactly what is on the pictures, a beautiful modern open plan house that is clean and fresh The hot tub was ready to use and was amazing Would recommend this property to anyone »

« Wonderful place and well equipped »

« The property was under a remodel and we were completely unaware. Some of the lights in the room did not work and the shower head leaked. There were holes in the floorboards and several floorboards felt like they would fall through. We had to walk around spots on the floorboards to avoid the sensation of possibly falling through. We stayed in 3 different premier hotels and this one was stand alone horrible. Thankfully we checked in late and left at dawn. Fan in the bathroom did not work either....

« Perfect! »
