« Personnel, propreté et commodités. Nous étions un jour férié (Thanksgiving) tous les restaurants étaient fermés et la propriétaire de l’hôtel offrait le souper gratuitement. C’était délicieux et très accueillant. »

« Hotel avec un restaurant pour petit-déjeuner et repas midi et soir. Copieux et bon. La 1ere chambre qui nous a ete attribue au rdc sentait lhumidite. Il y avait des cafards. Nous avons pu changer et aller au 1er etage avec vue sur la piscine. La piscine est grande mais ce n est pas du tout un parc aquatique. Les personnes de l acceuil sont charmantes et font tout pourrendreservice. Merci a elles. »

« Un hôtel de périphérie de ville comme on en voit beaucoup aux US. Pas très original, mais globalement fonctionnel. Par contre n’ont pas fait notre chambre entre les deux nuits, et j’ai dû aller récupérer des serviettes à l’accueil et les porter moi-même dans la chambre. De même, l’hôtesse d’accueil qui semblait ennuyée à chaque fois que je lui demandait quelque chose a eu l’air très mécontente que je lui dise qu’il n’y avait plus de serviettes à la piscine. « Upon check-in we were told elevator is out of order so we had to use the stairs! No rooms available on 1st floor. In the room there was NO television services. Called front desk and were told that the manager would fix the problem within an hour but 5 hours later still not fixed so we went to bed! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! »

La deuxième était un peu mieux, il y avait cette fois le kit complet de savon/shampooing/revitalisant mais la cafetière était sale, les sachets de thé à moitié déballés, insecte écrasé sur un mur près de la toilette. « This house was everything I expected with using as a bridal suite for my wedding. House was well cleaned and ready for my bridal party and the owners were quick to respond to any issues that raised. Definitely will consider additional stays in the future! »

« There is a nail pop on the transition floorboard that cut into my foot. I nearly fell every time i entered the property because the floors are uneven. The stairs at the front are also dangerously uneven. It is a country property i get that. It was cheaper than a hotel. I get that. But unsafe conditions are unacceptable. WE always go to the Rougaroux Festival in Houma, but this was the first time to stay in Pierre Part, and I can say it was GREAT!This rental is perfect because of the store/deli across the street, and on the water, and near the Pierre Part Store which has everything you might need and more!If possible, we will be back again and again. »
