'The free breakfast....Not a big variety. I went for breakfast and the pancake batter was in a bag. Also, no Do Not Disturb signs available.'

'We made a reservation after 7pm because our ac went out and needed a place to stay. There were 4 rooms left when we made the reservation. We live over an hour away. By the time we got there at 9, they had given our room away. I'm sure it's a wonderful hotel, but we'll never know.'

'It was the worse hotel, I had ever seen. spiderwebs everywhere, sticky floors. No soap. Ripped, and dirty sheets and covers, cigarettes burns everywhere. It smelled like weed everywhere. The " breakfast " was actually shocking, only stale cereal....that's it. I am not recommending this place to anyone.'

'This hotel is dirty. The shower curtain was stained. The carpets had dirt and grass in areas including the room. Couch was stained and bathtub was full of hair. Sadly it is the best available in Jonesboro without staying 30 miles aways.'

'This was a new hotel. Rooms were not ready at all for guest. Breakfast was not set up well at all. Elevators didn’t work most of the time. Someone walked right in our room to take pictures & thought it was vacant. Only one small trash can in room. Towel rack was sitting on back of toilet not up on wall. No blow dryer in room. Just not all all worth the price we paid per night. Hopefully they get it together since it just opened.'

'The room was very humid, like the carpet felt wet. The AC would blow cold air but humid air. So we felt cold and wet the entire time.'

'Very nice and comfortable place to stay in Ruston, Louisiana. You’ll ENJOY all the nice amenities there is to offer.☺️ The location is 5-10 minutes away from anything you’d like to experience at LA Tech and/or Grambling University. I would reach out and request this Air B&B again.'
