'Das Hotelzimmer war bezahlt aber das Hotel International wollte, dass wir nochmal bezahlen. Obwohl wir die Bestätigung vom Hotels.com gezeigt haben. Sie haben argumentiert, dass sie keine Bestätigung vom Hotels.com bekommen hätten. Dann müssten wir uns darum kümmern. Wir saßen vier Stundenlang mit schlechtem WiFi in der nicht klimatisierten Lobby und haben versucht den Kundenservice vom Hotels.com - wegen der Zeitverschiebung - in den USA zu kontaktieren. Ein sehr hilfreich...

'This Boutique Hotel is what you can call Boutique. Nice and friendly staff and super relax and good service. Go to the fifth floor and see the Terrace. So if you ever go to Asuncion, go to this Hotel. Or not, otherwise it is full when I will come back.
