'I travel to P/North regulary but this was the first time I have stayed at Alpha. The motel is set back off the street which means it is more quiet than most I have stayed at. Loved the artwork in the room and the kitchen had what I needed for a week long stay. Great water pressure in the shower and the bed was comfy. Unfortunatly I got bitten by either fleas or bed bugs every single night. I did report this to staff (who were very nice) and my linen was changed however was still bitten the...

'This was a good stop between turangi and wellington. Clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Very fast internet and late check out free of charge. Most restaurants and shopping centre on walking distance.'

'Have just spent a night there and found it a great place to stay. One block away from the main square so handy to most things. The rooms are nice and bed was comfortable. My initial room was on the second floor sharing a wall with the gym so a little noisy but the staff were really helpful and organised a quieter room to move to. Dinner was great with a big selection on the menu and Breakfast was also good with plenty to choose from. Overall a great stay and I’ll be back.'

'The reviews are 100% correct about this place. Checkin was fast and friendly. Our room was spotless. Having sky sports in the room was great to watch the Wahs and the All Blacks games. The heat pump kept us toasty and warm for our winter stay. We would definitely come and stay here again!'
