In general, staff is really kind and ready to help, but sometimes is a bit lost in their answer or a bit too oriented to specific guests (VIP people, big groups, European, etc.) at the expens of the others. »

« Loved my stay at Engiri. I didn't want to leave. The place, the staff, the warm staff, the elephant and hippos roaming about in the mornings - I loved it all. »
