« Tutto perfetto:) accoglienza e gentilezza »

« The staff was nice. We went on a Safari and we got to see lots of animals and we went on a dinner boat cruise and got to see hippos and and some other wildlife and that was a lot of fun. The rooms were nice. We stayed there total of five nights Very peaceful and relaxing in town is not very far away as in Pakwach. For some easy shopping and gifts »

« The hotel and all the facilities are top-notch! The service is impeccable and everyone will make sure that you are serviced to the best of their ability. The pool is cleaned often and the view is spectacular. I can highly recommend Paraa Safari Lodge »

« We arrived late in the evening and were delighted to see that the staff waited for us. The place is lovely, as are the accommodations. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Victor in the restaurant was absolutely excellent!! »

« Staff helpful early breakfast on last day. Room spacious. Good good bed. Shower nice except one day when little water. Secure place. Parking. Weaver birds nesting above the little cottage where my room was. They did not seem to be expecting us but sorted out so all well. Breakfast good and i ate al a carte in the evening and food ok. Arua is distant so good to be able to find a reasonable hotel to stay which met our needs. It is quite expensive for the best rooms »

« When we arrived they informed us that they did not have the rooms that I had reserved so they took us to another cheaper, not as nice hotel with no hot water. We paid more for our rooms which we did NOT get than the rooms cost at the new hotel. And did not get a refund. »

« One of the best hotels in Lira. The Manager Sarah Odur provided outstanding customer service. The restaurant was ok but could stand some improvement. »

« I am really, really tired of hotels claiming that they have ‘free wifi’ (I stay in hotels >300 nights per year). This hotel had only intermittent electricity (so no power to the small fan in the room at night). In 48 hour stay perhaps 2 hours of connectivity. I encourage Hotels.com to add a third category “wifi MAY be available” »

« I really enjoyed the hippos grazing at night. The staff also built us a bonfire the first night we were there and we were able to eat around it. The biggest problem was they said we were not expected ( even though my name was clearly on their guest list) and that they did not know we had a 6 year old with us. They were very confused at first and did not know how to handle the situation. One man was very unfriendly. »

« Excellent staff service ready to go the extra mile. »

« A lovely lodge on the edge of Murchison Falls National Park and the Nile. The staff were friendly and always escorted us to and from our lodge after dark in case of elephants (which we did encounter on the track to the lodge on one eve). The lodge was very large with Verandah and bathroom as well as 3 bedded bedroom. You can hear music at night from across the Nile so ear plugs would be recommended for light sleepers. It is so convenient for early morning games drives and the buffet breakfast...
