'This villa is literally right on the beach! Just about 20-30 steps away. Ivan's unit had everything we needed and more for our stay, and the location and views can't be beat. Ivan was always very helpful and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back to one of the best beaches in the world!'

If you are looking for a no frills location with a great AC, StarLink, new appliances, gas grill and large televisions. This is your place. Nick is a great, responsive and helpful host. Most days we didn’t see more than ten people on miles of beach. '

'Buddies and I rented this property while on a fishing trip. The host Nancy was excellent and extremely helpful and answered questions quickly. The property was updated and very nice and extremely clean. Comfortable bedding, very nicely equipped kitchen and the beach is right behind the property just a quick walk to one of the best beaches in the world. Very close to the local breakfast spot and convivence store as well as beach bar and restaurant. Highly recommend. 5 Stars'

'Our trip was in February 2025: The weather was sunny with highs around 78 and a slight breeze... perfect! The Villa was very clean and orderly. The king bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. The laundry area was immaculate and the General Manager, Shantell, was so kind and helpful. The Villa is literally right next to the pool but you wouldn't know it because they have the sidewalks and shrubbery designed in a way for excellent privacy. To get to the white sand beach,...

'Wonderful place to get away from it all and relax. Direct view of the ocean from the living room, very short walk to the lovely beach, pool was great too. Place is decorated nicely, has lovely vaulted ceilings, well stocked with kitchen goods, bedding/pillows, and even a wide variety of puzzles. Fast and courteous communication with the owner.'
