Even things that you don’t even think about when packing to go for a vacation on an island or that you might need, it was there. She was amazing at communicating anything and everything. 'This villa is literally right on the beach! Just about 20-30 steps away. Ivan's unit had everything we needed and more for our stay, and the location and views can't be beat. Ivan was always very helpful and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back to one of the best beaches in the world!'

'The house was absolutely beautiful with a great outdoor area and auperb view with access to a little beach we could swim or paddle-board across to! Bonus was our captain could come pick us up right at our dock, saving us a trip back and forth to the marina each day! Bedrooms were just as nice as the rest of the house and the ensuite baths were great for our couples’ trip. 'What a wonderful trip! The house was absolutely amazing and so well equipped with everything anyone could want. We enjoyed a very quiet beach and easy access to local restaurants as well as many more within 30 minutes drive. We partnered with a local photographer and had a great experience with family photos. The owner and house manager were very friendly and attentive and were so quick responding to our texts. Our family would definitely recommend this house! '

'Just an AWESOME vacation in Abaco. This was the second time we stayed at this gorgeous home. The renovations (added bathroom, filtered water, other upgrades) made the home even better and easier to accommodate our large group (9) comfortably. The view is spectacular. We had 2 boats at the dock. The location is perfect for island hopping!! We are planning already for next years visit!!!'

'If you're look for something away from the crowd of the marina or off the beaten path, this is for you. Allen is still in a building phase but everything was perfect. The private beach area is absolutely dreamy and rental had everything we needed. It was clean, well appointed, and has the best views. Also- Allen was really helpful and informative about dining and local options. '

'Stayed for 10 days with my family. It was easy to find located right on the beach. Stunning beach and view. We loved the screened in porch. This beach house had everything you could want and then some. Washer dryer, a/c, plenty of hot water, really nice landscaping and parking. While there the owner had two new paddle boards delivered to the house which was really nice of them. Everything worked perfect. There are easy steps down into the ocean.
