« We enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. It’s a small unit, but it was very clean and well equipped, perfect for a short stay. The inside was spotless and had everything we needed.The outdoor area was functional, though we did have to tidy up a bit upon arrival. We had access to the dock and the area beside it, which was a nice feature. The manager let us know we were welcome to use that space, but we felt a little uncomfortable sitting there since his home was so close—it felt like we were...

« A great location. The beach is off the patio. Fabulous seating area on the dune. Clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a no frills location with a great AC, StarLink, new appliances, gas grill and large televisions. This is your place. Nick is a great, responsive and helpful host. Most days we didn’t see more than ten people on miles of beach. »

« Our trip was in February 2025: The weather was sunny with highs around 78 and a slight breeze... perfect! The Villa was very clean and orderly. The king bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. The laundry area was immaculate and the General Manager, Shantell, was so kind and helpful.
