"The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The area is nearby dotonbori. The hotel is just a minute walk away. But the noisy area of dotonbori doesn't bother the hotel. Next time in Osaka, I will definitely be back here!"

"Excellent hotel at Kyoto Station. Outstanding Service & spacious rooms. Ideal if you have a connection to Tokyo or Osaka (Airport). And while you‘re there enjoy the architecture of the Kyoto Station by night. It’s simply amazing!"

"Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out. The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors. In my case 5 star expectations were not met but had my expectations be towards 3 star it would be ok."

"De medewerkers bij het ontbijtbuffet zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is uitstekend, zeer ruime keus. De kamer is prachtig, ruim en heeft een aparte douche en wc. Het uitzicht op de baai is fantastisch."

"Hotel was op loopafstand van openbaarvervoer, Umeda gebouw en van verschillende shoppingmalls. Verder onder het hotel veel keuze van eettentjes en dineropties"
