'Lakeview was noisey due to overlooking wading pool areas. Too many screaming kids and music. Couch inside room was covered with disgusting globs of hair. Makeup mirror light didnt work for my wife. No slippers ( advertised) attention to detail was lacking '

'Location is great. Rooms and service are just fine and do not justify the price tag. Sofa in our room had ripped leather. In room coffee was of horrible quality. Sofa bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable.'
