'Location is convenient and breakfast is good'

'Wow, just wow! What a wonderful and special place Windermere House is, located in a stunningly beautiful part of Canada. Our lake view balcony room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable with a view that you could never ever tire of seeing. All the staff were extremely friendly and the service we received was exceptional. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, the buffet breakfast was superb and we ate each evening in the Windermere Pub, again the service and quality of food were...

'This was my 2nd stay and l loved it even more than the 1st. I will be back in the future. Majestic views, comfortable location with almost all needs met. Owners were polite and available through text quickly. Rustic would be a word to share but also updated, clean and relaxing. Would be difficult for accessibility needs.'

'Clean rooms, great selection of breakfast items, very professional staff. Excellent place to stay if you are travelling with the family. Both Arrowhead provincial park and Algonquin park trails are 20 - 30min drive from this place. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and will stay here anytime I am visiting the area.'

'It’s a 150 year old house with a lot of character. We stayed in The Mews which is a 2 story motel like building next to the main house. It’s showing its age but it’s currently under renovation so they are working on upgrades. It’s was very clean and the view was amazing. The staff were really friendly. We’d definitely go back.'
