« Awful experience with this property. We check in to find the kitchen/family room ceiling littered with hundreds of gnat flies. Pot lights are covered with cob webs, broken wall fixtures, cracked mirrored walls in the hall and a bedroom. Upstairs consists of the landing and bedroom ceiling littered with gnat flies that end up in your bed by the morning. Water stains in the ceiling with surrounding black mold. « We had a very pleasant stay at Dave’s cottage over the weekend (July 11-14). This is our second stay here over the past couple of years. The sunsets were spectacular and the property was just as described in the ad. I loved the “old school” cottage vibes, it reminds me of the cottage I grew up going to visit. My 3 and a half year old son loved sleeping in the bunk beds and my husband and I were quite comfortable in one of the many bedrooms. The views of lake scugog are gorgeous and we would love...

« This was a lovely quiet place to stay for a couple nights while in town with my dogs. It's so close to so many things including lots of green space. Raj was very accommodating and easily communicates via texting. There is no TV which I didn't mind but others may want to be aware of. It has all the basic amenities you need and the private fenced in backyard is a great touch. »
