'I didn’t order breakfast room service as there was Starbucks in the lobby. I did order dinner room service. It was quick and food was hot. '

'The parking is enormous and very well secured by camera. The room was cozy and comfortable, also real clean. We went to eat at the restaurant of the casino and wait line was endless, it could be good if clients of the hotel could have priority to the dinning room.'

'Didn't try the food so can't comment but thought it was odd they didn't offer the included breakfast like most Hilton's do. The high point was a clean bed no bed bugs! My only complaint is the shower hot water but zero pressure, hate that. At least give us a wand so we can make do otherwise fix the pressure.'

'When we walked into our room we noticed muddy footprints on the floor leading from the patio door that opened to the parking lot. We also had ants in our bathroom and in the entrance way. Both issues we taken to the front desk attendant who replied with “that’s not very common, I’ll talk to my manager to see what can be done”. Nothing was done during our stay. We didn’t spend much time in our room because we took the GO transit into Toronto but it still would have been nice to have the floor...

'Breakfast was good . Unfortunately we went through our first full day without hot water . This was really unacceptable. When staff contacted, we were told it is because of the amount of occupancy. I am sorrry but I have never stayed in any hotel or motel that did not have efficient amount of hot water for its possible max occupancy. And this was not a full occupancy timeframe. Room did not feel clean . Carpet does not look like it was cleaned in a long time . The bed : another issue. One side...
