« The balcony facing the sea was the huge bonus for me. That was why I chose Las Gaviotas. As a solo traveler I did not need the large space. The apartment is very large with large balcony also. Perfect for families, or 2 couples as it offers each a bedroom and each their own bath plus kitchen. Location steps to Malecon, restaurants, cafes, grocery. And quiet for sleeping. « This was the perfect base for our vacation to Todos Santos. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the rooftop. We found the bed, pillows and bedding to be super comfortable and the casa studio was spacious. The only small thing was that the pool was definitely not how I imagined it from the photos. We didn't end up using it because it was really dirty and there was nothing to use to clean out all the bugs and debris. »
