'We stayed here for 5 days over the New Year holiday 12/29/25 to 1/2/26. The photos in the listing do not do it justice, it is far better in person. 10/10 highly recommend. I wish we would have watched the ball drop from here instead of our table in time square. The boys loved the club house pool table, and the view from the roof is beyond belief. Best view in New York City guaranteed. I will absolutely be back. '

'My kids LOVED the space! There were a few cosmetic things wrong like the automatic shade was broken without notice BUT I just figured it happened right before our stay. We checked in the night before Thanksgiving. It was such a convient spot to just walk 1/2 a block to 6th Ave to view the parade the next morning. 'The location of this property is wonderful, 3 mins walk to the subway and a few more mins to Times Square. It has a gate code for the apartment complex so we felt very safe. It was ideal for our whirlwind trip to NYC and we would book it again if we visit. Alex's instructions to checkin were on the mark and helped us with a post-midnight smooth check-in too. '
