'Beautiful lake view'

'Thought this motel met all expectations and needs. It was clean as a whistle with comfortable, large rooms. Some things on the property were not new but they were maintained well. My daughters enjoyed the pools. '

'The general area is a dump, which sadly makes someone think that this Red Roof must also be a dump...but it's not. I stayed in the back building and the room was spotless, had a nice kitchenette that had a sink, fridge and microwave, which is more than I typically get in a room. Bed was comfortable. I didn't get to use the pool but it looked clean and well-maintained. Exterior needs some work to make it look as nice on the outside as on the inside. I'd stay here again without batting an eye!'

'My family and I stayed here for a night during HOF weekend and thought it was great. The location was perfect, check-in went very smoothly and the front desk worker offered valuable advice. We were also able to access the Lakehouse area, which was beautiful. My son and I played catch next to the lake in a spacious grassy area and the atmosphere added to the experience. As for the room, it was cozy, but clean and all three beds had firm mattresses, and we were pleasantly surprised to find...

'My sister and I were bicycling on the Erie Canal path through town, and found this hotle to be a perfect stop for us. We also enjoyed our short stay in Little Falls, a charming little city. '

'Super cute and peaceful location! I have never stayed in a motor Lodge before, and the convenience of having your car directly outside the room is insanely nice. I can see why it was such a popular design. The room was a bit dated, but very well kept, and the mattress older but not uncomfortable. The lodge has a small private beach a short walk down the hill, and you can borrow their kayaks for free! '

'The staff was attentive and helpful. The beds and bedding were comfortable, although an additional pillow on each bed would be nice since the pillows (4) were very soft. The bathroom had been renovated and was immaculate. Ample towels and toiletries were provided. I especially appreciated the excellent lighting throughout the rooms. The refrigerator and freezer were very efficient. The tv & remote worked well. Room security was good. The in-room coffee maker's directions couldn't be read...

'pretty small but comfy beds. Not many restaurants nearby'

'I booked this place more than a year ago and was a little skeptical upon exiting the freeway, but the stay was awesome. We were able to do our own laundry, the homemade breakfast was tasty and we got a kick out of thr uneven floor in our room. '

'Clean, odor-free. Comfortable, firm bed. Very little traffic noise. Room was small but adequate. Good value. Friendly reception. There are two diners in Richfield Springs, about 8 miles east; a surfeit restaurants in Cooperstown.'

'Charming historic house, carefully renovated. Owners are friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed. Be sure to reserve ahead to dine at nearby Rose and Kettle. It’s quite good, and is the only nearby restaurant. Also note Inn is not handicap accessible. Not a problem for us, but others will want to be aware. '
