'This hotel has the most amazing view in Islas Mujeres! Hotel is anazing quiet, and romantic. We were the only guest. We stayed in the El Sol room, amazing view and from the balcony you can access the pool. The staff was amazing and prepared the best lobby coffee ever! Only bad thing was that we spent an entire day without water nor electricity due to improving the electricity in the island which is a good thing. We rented a Golf cart which is the best transportation option in the Island. '

'Well kept. Very good overall. However, the front desk check in is not efficient. Take way too long. Similar experience in June stay. For example, the clearing crew should update completion on a computer, so front desk staff does not have to call. These inefficiencies are due to lack of good management and effective software. '

'I would say overall the resort has all that you are looking for either for Adults only or families. Good: Playground and Water park, good room service and menu, minibar with a lot of options. Bad: mosquitos, poor service (I was all the time running after waiters to ask for drinks or something else) Water Park hours just until 5:30 PM. They said no reservations and there was a waiting list and empty tables, poor kids activities, spa policies. Improve: more food options. Welcome to the hotel'
