'Dangerous area, wasn't safe to walk anywhere. We ordered a pizza and it took three hours for delivery. The staff acknowledged that it was unsafe. The room was clean but definitely hasn't been updated. B-fast was decent.'

'Great hotel! My family came there for a funeral. We booked 6 rooms. The staff allowed us to use the breakfast room to meet in the evenings and bond and grieve. The staff was very accommodating.'

'Nobody cleaned our room in two nights. Maybe that’s just the way they do it now. But signs in the bathroom say put your dirty towels on the floor and they’ll be replaced. That didn’t happen. Went down to the front desk to ask them to put more body wash in the empty container. The woman at the front desk said I’ll take care of it and never did. I just felt like we got crappy service. I asked a different front counter person what the “Fairfield guarantee“ was. Even though it is a sign at the main...

'Complex dient gerenoveerd te worden en is absoluut geen Plus. Badkamer smerig en geen ventilatie! Ontbijt zeer beperkt. Zwembad staat op de parkeerplaats (zie je niet op de foto) en er waren slecht een ligbed en drie kapotte stoelen aanwezig en veel rotzooi door volle afvalbakken. Personeel was aardig. '

'Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.'

'I was traveling for work and this is the only motel near my job sites. If I could leave zero stars I would. The room and bathroom were filthy. There was no toilet paper and the toilet seat was broken. The bathroom was full of roaches. I left all my luggage in the car and would have slept in my car if it had an outlet for my Cpap machine. I have stayed in some terrible places as a professional musician, but this place makes the top five most deplorable literal roach motels I have ever seen. Do...

'As always this property is wonderful. Our family has been staying in this house for several years and it never disappoints. Lovely owners. So helpful - and Jennifer always responds quickly if I have any questions. Can I give 25 stars??'

'Tried to charge me for a room I already paid for. Then tried to charge me a $20 pet fee when the Hotels.Com site specifically said $10. Room was FILTHY, baseboards hadn't been cleaned in years. Stains and scuffs all over walls. Left me one tiny bar of soap that was literally smashed in the package into crumbs. Water was barely above room temp and took a good 5 minutes to warm at all. Grounds had litter and trash thrown about. No wonder I was the only car there in a bust summer season. I wouldn't...

'Jim is fantastic. Log cabin is adorable. Lake is a beautiful. Perfect fenced in yard for the dog and close to downtown. Had a minor issue with the air-conditioning but Jim sent someone out to get it fixed right away.'

'My room was clean and basic but pleasant. '

'Great place to stay!'

'Was a wonderful stay. Check-in was very easy. Host was very responsive to questions and very helpful. Property layout was wonderful for my family to be able to spread out. Amenities were much appreciated. We enjoyed the paddle boat and board to take the kids out for a ride. Kitchen provided all the basics to be able to cook meals at home and save money on eating out.'

'Nice and quiet. Just slept there'

'Host contacted me promptly and the stay was pleasant.'

'Terrific property. The house is huge with lots of extras. The host is outstanding. Prompt replies to questions, readily available, lots of good information. The water was disappointing but we are in a major drought so I wasn’t too surprised. Overall I would definitely recommend this property. And the backsplash in the kitchen is amazing!'
