'The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

'We had 4 studio apartments - there is a HUGE difference between studio apartment and a single bedroom apartment. The studio is tiny, cannot properly fit 2 large suitcases in it. Let's talk about the studio apartment I was staying in. It was tiny, the aircondition was not working well. Even on the lowest setting the room was still not cool. The water cooler inside the room only gave warm water. The mattress was extremely noisy, just by moving a little bit the mattress would squeak. Horrible....

My family & I were very happy with the apartment - size, amenities, proximity to restaurants, yummy & diverse Indonesian cuisine (street food) & nightlife. 'The Gold Coast apartment is good. Clean and comfortable. I especially like the location, which is about 20 mins from airport. Unfortunately, I had problems upon checkout. After informing the agent a couple of days earlier that i wanted to check out at 9am, receiving the agent's acknowledgement, i waited at least 45 mins on last day without any person coming to take over the room as well as to refund my cash deposit.
