'Ok but tired. Called a beach resort but rooms are a long way from the lake and you can’t see it. Beach not maintained as other local properties do and no amenities eg seats/loungers. '

'If you're looking for modern conveniences like air conditioning, wifi, great service, and nice rooms, this is Blantyre's best hotel by far. The staff was incredible - it made me realize that Malawi can have a real five star tourism industry if it wants to. Mwai at the front desk is exceptional, as is the manager of the breakfast buffet (short young Malawian woman) and all of the concierge, cleaning, restaurant, and garage staff. 'A more affordable option in Senga Bay, but still a very nice place in its own right. Much more personable than the more anonymous, bigger hotels. Super friendly staff and owner, great breakfast (with coffee!) and a big room with AC.'
