'Great experience during my recent stay in Shirdi at this place. I had to leave a different hotel because of the distance from temple, no transportation provided and the untidy room. Found this on Expedia for a slightly higher price but totally worth it. Only concern is bed sheets and towels could have been a little more cleaner. 'I booked this hotel as a surpise for my parents. I also booked the pick up at the airport. Wow they said they had a great experience. The pick up was great! And the checkin made them feel very special. They got a free upgrade and this made their weddinganniversary even more special. The hotel is so clean, outstandig. '10/10 service cant say enough about the staff aa a whole- from housekeeping to room service to concierge. Have stayed at many hotels in India (some much more expensive) and Novotel tops them all by far. Property conditions are excellent, wifi is great, food, everything is very well done here. Congratulations to the team.'
