'We all had a fantastic, relaxing time and the restaurant had a tasty menu and delicious food, we’ll be back and recommend to all my friends and family. Beware of the cheeky monkeys. Don’t leave anything outside your accommodation, they steal haha.'

'This is really nice accommodation and the staff are very efficient and prompt when dealing with any issues My only slight problem is that I asked for late checkout ( being a platinum member), they declined my request which was fine by me but what I found upsetting was the frequent emails reminding me to checkout over 24hrs before my checkout time, there were literally pestering me at some point Other than that it’s a beautiful venue'

'The staff were friendly and helpful..the rooms were clean and tidy and also the amenities were good...only one major issue is when there was a power failure for about 16 hours we didn't have any backup power supply from the hotel....other than that it was a great stay.'

'Great lake-view, but the place is a quite worn-out! Ugly fridge in the room (with water?), no light above the bathroom tub, not enough electricity plugs, not clean enough and no meal facilities for diner'
