'Omdat de eigenaresse geen contact met ons krijgen (verkeerd doorgegeven door Hotel.com ) ging ze er van uit dat we niet zouden komen opdagen. Daarop heeft zij de beslissing genomen om ons appartement aan anderen te verhuren. Wat ons betreft was de reservering volledig in orde, dus er was een probleem bij aankomst.
