« There was a good buffet breakfast. All the staff were polite and courteous. The room, with a window to the side, gave a view of the cathedral to one side and a view of the marina to the other side. The room was modern and comfortable. The hotel is very close to everything. We will stay again. »

« Had no choice but to book a room on the first floor that was meant for people who need "assistance". Room had zero charm at all and I felt like I was in a hospital especially in the bathroom. « Excellent value room with comfortable beds. Very quiet area with a very pleasant canal walk. Pub next door is a typical Marston affair, everything was served hot. Breakfast choices all fine. »

« I chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read but I was very disappointed. The room was dusty and the bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned since it was last used in summer last year. Upon entering the room I called the receptionist attention to the show him the broken television and he promise to have a maintenance sort.
