« Honestly, this was one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in! Amenities were perfect- the owner really thought of everything a guest might need to feel at home. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable, surroundings were quiet, and check in/out was very easy. We’ll definitely be back! »

« Stayed after attending the DUCKS playoff game. Hotels were very overpriced and this fit our needs. A bit of an odd layout, but it was clean and nice. Took a second to find the bathroom switch under the mirror. I was expecting a Townhome based on the name but it's really a lower level ADU on a very nice house. Thank you for sharing your space. »

« We loved this studio! We were visiting family for the holiday and the house was just a little too small for one more couple, so we rented this studio. It had everything we needed and felt warm and cozy, except for the bathroom which was modern, clean, and absolutely lovely. Nothing like lots of family time followed by a glass of wine in quiet relaxing bubble bath. Our dog loved the fenced yard. 10/10. Will stay here next time we visit Eugene. »

« Great bungalow with everything needed. The sauna was a perfect addition! A few notes for host: Mattress is definitely due for an upgrade. Not comfortable. The front door needs a weather seal at the bottom. Hunted a cricket around for an hour in the evening before bed. Otherwise great stay. »
