'Steven and Beth were amazing hosts and very helpful with local information! Their cottage was exactly as listed. Beautifully decorated, serenely quiet, and very comfortable. It was stormy during our stay, so the view wasn't perfect. But sitting on the porch, deeply inhaling the forest scent while having coffee, was the most relaxing experience one could ask for! 'I travel extensively for work and have stayed at many vacation rentals over the past 15 years. This was by far my favorite place.I can’t put a finger on exactly why. The place is small, but that ads to the charm. Even the TV is small, but I’d rather watch the season finale of Stranger Things (which we did!!) on my laptop screen than on a big TV at another boring 5 star hotel.The country setting is beautiful even in Winter, and Riddle is a perfect example of Southern Oregon rural towns - quirky...
