'It’s not really a resort. The rooms need upgrading but were clean and comfortable. Right on the beach. Ours was upstairs in the north building. It was roomy, with a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, nice kitchenette, a balcony, and pretty much everything we needed. Good deal for the price. '

'Het motel ademt de sfeer van de jaren 60. De kamer die wij hadden heeft uitzicht op het parkeerterrein en niet op zee. De kamer is donker met alleen een klein raam aan de voorkant. De kamer ruikt muf en de inrichting is oubollig met verouderde spullen. Er is echter wel veel. Je kunt er koken en er is bijvoorbeeld zelfs een blikopener.'

'The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources.'

'Although a bit smaller then anticipated it was cozy and warm; pet friendly fence needs closure at drive way, like a gate other than those suggestions and a couple fix it’s with cracked tile in kitchen and a broken towel bar in bathroom I would definitely say location and communication with owner made up for a couple imperfections'

'Enjoyed being along the docks and watching boats come and go. Condo was spacious and very clean. The cleaning person, Jillian, does a very good job. Would definitely recommend to others to stay here.'

'Upon arrival, I encountered problems locating the entry keys. I sent a msg to the host but to no response. I ended up calling the main number for the listing and they provided an entire different code for a different lock box that had a pair of emergency keys. We finally got in 30 minutes later. Once I stepped in I noticed lots of bug/mosquitos by all the windows. It would have been nice to have screens to open the windows without letting bugs in. I didn’t realize the dryer wasn’t working until...

'As we work hard and play harder, this place was great. We used this house for offsite retreat for a few executives. They were able to hunker down, get work done and play some games. Lots of space to spread out.'

'Stayed with my young daughter and some friends. The place was very clean and had very comfortable furniture. The only negative I would say is the kitchen was slightly lacking in cooking equipment. If you plan on cooking, you may want to bring what you need. Location was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.'
