« The pool was okay! Overall this place is terribly run down with aircon leaking, tv not functioning in dome rooms, no safe box, toilet ceiling leaking, bath water stagnant at bathing time! This hotel is totally outdated! What shown in all the website is not even near the ambience It had. I’m totally disappointed for a hotel that claims to be 4star. « Can't fault my stay here. Close to a lot of shopping, food etc. I couldn't find an alphamart or indomarket nearby but a short ride was fine for that. Next time I'm in town I will be staying here again »

« I think the property was excellent overall, it is a beautiful hotel and looks like no expense has been spared. WhereI have an issue is that it seems something this size has been built to accommodate international guests, and the staff's level of understanding and speaking English was quite poor. I would have thought this would be a paramount requirement. »

After 45 minutes waits they gave me 1 room with mountain view on the 7th floor, that I gave to my parents, and 20 minutes later, an ocean view superior room on the 12th floor. « I found this other person’s complaints on the hotel and I totally agree with everything. Once entering the room the smell is strong of “moldy” or sorts. The sheets had stains, the mirror aren’t clean, sofa had some dirt or sorts and generally doesn’t look clean. Housekeeping came said they cleaned before, I asked to change room said no spare room to change to. In the end just change the sheets and swept the floor. The new sheets had stains too.
