'The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

'To have a cabin instead of just a room is a plus no matter how you look at it. It is in a setting that makes you feel like you’re in the woods!'

'Communication was proactive and showed a genuine concern for our comfort during our stay. There was an error in double booking on the property’s end and they made extra accommodations for us and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The owner is a very kind person and reached out on a few occasions to ensure we had everything we needed. The cabin was beautiful, well maintained, and clean, and had great amenities for cooking. 'Stay as far away as possible from this place. The rooms were very nice except for the fact there were NO incidental (like soap, shampoo) in the room. We had to ask for toilet paper. The biggest problem was the staff. My husband had booked 3 rooms and paid with credit card. Then they asked for a credit card for "incidentals", no charge, just a hold. All three rooms were charged for the entire room amount AFTER they had been paid. This staff had the audacity to tell us "they didn't make the...

'Perfect for our family of 5! The home already has all the essentials there. The property was beautiful and relaxing. We used the fire pit one night and made s'mores. The home was very accommodating, tv’s in every room, and a front porch to enjoy. We loved our stay and i’m sure we’ll be back.'
