« We had the best time! Everything we needed to live in this awesome river retreat was on hand from kitchen appliances, glassware, fluffy towels, comfortable beds and board games! The river view was beautiful and there are abundant opportunities for fun in the water. We brought our own tubes and a blow up kayak. We did enjoy some nearby attractions - hiked to a local waterfall, tubing in Helen and the Georgia Mountain Coaster. It was a wonderful long weekend away from home. »

« Our family met here for a four generation family reunion. This location had something for everyone - lake access, pool table, plenty of rooms with private restrooms. We had 20 people in our group from 1 yo to 94, and everyone was able to stay comfortably. I highly recommend renting a boat and tube as that was certainly a hit for the several family members. The host is responsive and friendly. Great memories made here! »

« Our 1st time on Lake Lanier and this home was ideal for all of our needs to maximize our stay. The views are amazing and everyone enjoyed swimming from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and being able to tie up at the dock was a huge plus for convenience. Beautiful home with hardwood floors and everything we needed to accommodate our group of 15. « 22 members of our family spent the Thanksgiving weekend at Timber Estate and it was almost as if this house was built for us. There were several areas throughout for congregating and relaxing; the sofas and chairs were beyond comfortable. There were plenty of bedrooms and bunkrooms, each with its own private bath; perfect when we each needed a break from our crowd. « There was a short walk to the dock. We enjoyed swimming and sunning off the dock. We rented a boat to water ski. We enjoyed cooking out on the upper porch. We had fires in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows which the children enjoyed. We also enjoyed visiting the areas of Atlanta and Gainesville. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. »

« More space than any of us could use, could fit way more than the quantity of people listed, owner was super easy to work with, very communicative and made it easy to choose to turn on pool heat last minute. Would definitely rent again! »
