'Broken toilet half way through our stay. One outside staff member was very slow on taking orders and was rather unresponsive to trying and getting our order placed. Eventually we got our waters and Nacho's but the tortillas were all very soggy and said it was probably because the staff that delivers the orders took it to the wrong location. We did notify the senior hotel staff members but in the end, it didn't appear things changed with the waitress. She made excuses that it was due to the...

'We stayed for four nights around the holidays and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Our balcony had a view of the pool and little bit of the ocean. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for a normal cooking. We tried nearby supermarkets Kirk (16 minutes walk away) and Foster’s (22 minutes away) for things like milk and eggs. Walking distance to many places which we loved to get in our daily steps.'

'We stayed on the end condo on the ground floor. It was very clean and well stocked with comfy furnishings and amazing views! Claudette was so kind and helpful in the office along with the other girl. We sat in the screened in porch and watched the ocean and was able to snorkel right outside our condo. We will certainly stay again! The only minor negative was that the West end is pretty far away from restaurants and shopping so we took the public bus for those things. '
