'Sorry, no way this rates a 10. We arrived late after 2200. The apt is difficult to find. Exterior pictures of the building would have helped. We happened to visit on one of Europe's hottest days and there is NO A/C. No airflow and about 30 degrees inside. None of us slept. This should be listed in the description. The towels smelled like they had been left in the washer far too long before drying. Having the washer is nice and location is great if you want to stay in the middle of town....

'We enjoyed our time in San Sebastián and our stay in this apartment was a large part of making our stay comfortable. We traveled there with two young kids and they enjoyed the space and openness of the apartment. The location was perfect for our needs and was very convenient with a supermarket and restaurants very close by. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Thank you to Mikel and his wife for making our stay very inviting. '

'Prima ruim appartement op een geweldige locatie in het fijne Gros. Het appartement heeft 2 badkamers met fijne douches. Van de kamers liggen 2 slaapkamers en 1 woonkamer aan de straatkant met ramen. De keuken, badkamers en de andere slaapkamer hebben alleen een raam naar een licht- en luchtkoker. Maar met het strand op een steenworp afstand en ontelbare barretjes en restaurants was dit een prima uitvalsbasis!'

'We truly enjoyed our stay in San Sebastián. The apartment is great, perfect for a couple or a family of 3 or 4. Everything you need is there and more. Coffee, a bottle of wine, cava, orange juice in the fridge. The view from the terrace (nice size too!) is excellent, right onto La Concha beach. The old town with all its wonderful pinxos bars is just a 10 min walk away. Iñigo was an excellent host, giving great tips on places to eat. We highly recommend this apartment!'
