'Goed ontbijt. Ideaal hotel om een vlucht te nemen. Rechtstreekse toegang tot de airport.'

'I’m a platinum member and I’m supposed to get a upgrade if available , as soon as I was checking the front desk clerk offered me an upgrade paying more money , I told him I was a platinum member with you and I had a free upgrade and he said it was not available , then I asked him for a room on the upper floors and he said there was none and gave me a room on the 4th floor . Then my brother in law with my sister checked in after me , I had made their reservation and they were give a room on the...

'Schone kamer vriendelijk personeel '

'Everything about this hotel was a disgrace and completely unworthy of the supposed 5 star label. Please DO NOT book this hotel, I promise you will be disappointed. Room (a higher priced Nile facing corner room) was dirty, old, ugly and in very poor condition, "Nile View" was very limited and other window looks out on construction. No bathtub. Lobby area is chaos and filled with people like a bazaar. Breakfast mediocre. Really a disgrace to the Hilton brand - I should have paid attention to the...

'Perfecte kamer groot en mooi ingericht, zeer schoon en aardig personeel.'

'Flights were cancelled and i could not travel to Cairo. Informed Four Seasons on time. Four Seasons was not willing to change reservation with 2 weeks and I had to pay the 1st night and lost about u$ 400'

'Beautiful hotel and rooms overall. Breakfast is outstanding. Very well maintained. In short very good experience. One downside was that, other than we expected in such a high class hotel, some of the cleaning staff used the same manipulation as people outside at the street to ask for money and was even close to harassing my wife every time he saw her. We reported this and hopefully the management will follow this up because for the price we paid this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Otherwise...

'Good quality rooms dining and vibe'

'Very bad experience at Hotel Viaje Downtown Caïro Upon arrival, we were given an “upgrade,” but the room was completely unfinished: no air conditioning, no wardrobe, and nothing like the photos. The next day we were moved to another room, which was acceptable for the price and location. The staff were friendly though. However, our stay was completely ruined by a serious safety issue. During our stay, several personal items (make-up) went missing from our room. At first, we thought it was a...

'Super clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service food was great! I was bummed I was only there one night.... The rooms were very nice and modern. Nothing was spared. Brian'
