'What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again.'

'Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. 'Mooie locatie. Alleen wij hadden de gele kamer, en deze is niet schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf, wij waren er 5 dagen. Zwembad had geen voorziening om in en uit te stappen, dus je kon het zwembad bijna niet uitkomen, aangezien ik een blessure aan mijn arm heb. Dit kan echt niet.'
