'The apartment was cleaned, nice decorated and with all stuff you will need for your stayed. Beautiful view from balcony. I read some reviews regarding that there was not beach access due to the sea tide but fortunately we don't have this issue and could enjoy the beach at the property that was just steps from the apartment, although the best beach area on 7 mile beach is the one between Westin and Ritz Carlton and Governor's beach. '

'One canal point is safe gated community with awesome pool and barbecue area. The condos are very clean and well equipped for cooking. From the time you arrive you feel welcome Lisa greeted us with professionalism and care she is amazing.. Lisa is definitely an asset to one canal point brand. We will return next year.. thank you'
