'This was the perfect location for visiting Fairbanks attractions. Exactly what we needed for our pre cruise tour stay. The hosts were very communicative. The house was clean, easy to find, parking was ideal. The bathroom and shower were clean. The water pressure perfect. Plenty of towels. Highly recommend!!'

'This is exceptionally basic. “Full” kitchen but oven rack removed so you can’t use it and only paper/plastic plates and utensils provided. Bathroom isn’t great with a child height sink and small shower with bottom third of grout covered in mold stains and a floor that appeared so stained I couldn’t tell if it was dirt or age stains. Overall the condition made me question the cleanliness. Bed mattress was comfortable enough and a very basic futon was the “living room” area. It did the job but...

'We had a great stay at Lisa’s place!The home has everything you need to spend a great time. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bathroom and laundry were clean and convenient. The room was nice and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. Parking was available on-site, which was a big plus, and the area is pleasant and well located. Lisa was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.'

'Nice stay! Spacious apartment. Clean and with disposable cutlery, which in our opinion is more hygenic. Especially since there is no dishwasher. Communication with host was quick and friendly. On walking distance from downtown (15 minutes). Also some restaurants on walking distance. The host asked guest to keep noise level low, since the house has more apartments. In our case that worked very well. Wifi and TV worked perfect. Over all, we had a very pleasant stay. Really can recommend this...
