'The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. '

'We and our dog stayed in the small one room suite. It was very clean and had everything we needed: a kitchen, a private bathroom, a very comfortable bed along with a dog bed! The location is in the heart of charming Newburyport yet quiet. We will be back. '
