« From the city, it was about 30 mins longer than expected to reach the place because the bridge backs up every week night. That is not the host's fault, adding it as info. Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. « The apartment I got was nice, clean and in a good location. The building felt safe and you had to have a fob to enter and use the elevator which made me feel secure. "tout était parfait jusqu'à ce que nous soyons victimes d'un vol dans notre chambre (plus de cartes de crédit, un bijou dérobé et un peu d'espèces volatisé). bien évidemment il est impossible de prouver que le vol a bien eu lieu dans l'hotel mais il est surprenant que ce vol n'ait concerné que les cartes de crédit située dans mon portefeuille, que la bague de mon épouse et quelques colons (monnaie du Costa Rica) alors qu'il aurait été plus simple pour un pick pocket de prendre le tout. l'hotel doit mener une enquête mais il est désagréable de louer une suite et de se faire voler (malheureusement nous n'avions pas utiliser le coffre fort mis à disposition) dernier détail, la salle de sport mériterait d'être mieux fournie, mais pour 10 jours sur place, on arrive à se débrouiller avec l'équipement disponible. enfin, personnel très agréable et gêné par le vol qui semblait également suspect à leurs yeux!!"

"L'emplacement est idéal (proche Metro et de nombreux restaurants aux alentours) L'hôtel est d'un excellent niveau. Chambre spacieuse, propre et lit très confortable. Espaces commun, bar et piscine sont au top Design et raffinement. Petit déjeuner parfait également. Enfin le personnel chaleureux, gentil et attentionné vous permettrons de passer un séjour merveilleux."
