« Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Excellent dinner and breakfast. All the rooms with western syle beds were fully booked. So we had to stay in a Japanese style room, We were traveling with senior citizens, so it a little hard for them, and the rooms were on the second floor with no elevator. Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this place very traditional Japanese experience. »
