« Our stay was exceptional. We originally booked to stay at the Redwings Lodge, 45 Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton, WV1 4QL. The hotel was so terrible, within 30 minutes of checking in, we had to book to stay at your hotel. When we arrived, the staff was amazing. We told them we came from the Redwings Lodge, and they were not surprised. The hotel was immaculate. Spacious rooms. Everything was provided. Breakfast was delicious. So much to eat, and served with a friendly smile. We ate so much....

« I have been very disappointed by the service at the hotel. While there was no water in the hotel in the morning (not possible to take a shower) due to a breakdown, we have not been offered bottled water nor any compensations. »

« The rooms were very inexpensive. They were very small. But clean and the beds were a lot more comfortable than most of the beds I’m finding in the UK. The bathrooms and kitchen were meticulously clean and organized. The kitchen had and oven, stove, microwave, coffee makers and every utensil, pot, pan, or sheet I’d need to cook. The only down side is there’s no plates, bowls to put my food in. I had to eat the food out of the pans I cooked them in. And the can opener doesn’t work. But those are...
