« L’appartement affaires est de très bonne qualité avec une très bonne literie. Attention prendre le parking car il est impossible de se garer sans prendre une contravention à Vienne, dans la rue des 6h on peut pas se garer. Par contre la gare Hetzendorf est à 5 minutes à pied des appartements et pour 2 euros vous serez dans le centre de Vienne en 10 minutes. L’environnement autour est banal mais très calme. 3 jours sont largement suffisant pour visiter les choses essentielles à Vienne. »

« Communication with the property owner was easy, and they were very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Each apartment has its own washing machine, and laundry detergent is provided, which was very convenient. The apartment has two bedrooms and is located close to public transportation. We stayed in one of the renovated apartments on the top floor. The main bedroom has air conditioning, but the second bedroom only has a fan, which was not very effective during hot weather. « If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...
